Terms of service
The rules for using this site and for working with us. Short, because the complicated parts belong in a signed agreement, not a web page.
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms govern your use of rubatt.com. Paid work is governed by the statement of work you sign with us, and where the two disagree, the signed agreement wins.
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Rubatt Inc. By browsing it or sending us an enquiry you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You may read it, share it, and quote it with attribution. You may not:
- Scrape it at a rate that degrades it for anyone else.
- Use the contact form to send bulk, automated or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Attempt to gain access to systems or data that are not publicly offered here.
- Pass our work off as yours, or imply a partnership that does not exist.
We may change or remove anything on this site at any time, and we may withdraw access from anyone abusing it.
Our content and yours
Everything on this site, including the writing, the case studies and the design, belongs to Rubatt Inc unless we say otherwise. Trademarks and product names belonging to other companies belong to them.
Anything you send us through the contact form stays yours. You give us permission to read it, store it and reply to it, which is all we do with it. Please do not send confidential material before an agreement is in place: use the call instead.
Engagements and what is actually promised
Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote or a contract. Scope, price, timeline, ownership and acceptance criteria are set in a statement of work signed by both sides, and only that document commits either of us.
Where we describe outcomes from past work, those are results in that context with that data. They are not a prediction about yours, and we will not pretend otherwise in a sales conversation either.
Code, prompts, evaluations and infrastructure configuration that we build for a client belong to that client, in that client's accounts, from the first commit. Our own pre-existing tools and internal libraries stay ours.
AI systems and their limits
We build systems that use large language models. Those models can be wrong, and a system that acts on a wrong answer can cause real harm. That is why every system we deliver stops an irreversible action for a human to approve, and why we will say so rather than sell around it.
You remain responsible for decisions made in your business, including decisions a system we built recommended. We will help you design the controls. We cannot be the control.
Rubatt Command Center
Command Center is an internal tool used only by Rubatt Inc. It is not offered to the public, it has no sign up, and these terms give nobody a right to use it. How it handles data, including Google user data, is set out in our privacy policy.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for a decision made on the basis of a marketing page.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from paid work is governed by the signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rubatt Inc is established, and disputes go to the courts there, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
